Carepoint is a Charlotte-based Home Care Agency providing non-medical in-home care to adults and seniors who need assistance to remain independent in their home or place of residence. We are a local business established in 2009, accredited by the Better Business Bureau and licensed to operate in the following North Carolina counties: Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, Rowan, as well as York and Lancaster counties in South Carolina.
As a Charlotte home care agency, our primary services include personal care support and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, transferring, mobility, and toileting. Additionally we can assist with a variety of support services including general supervision and support, housekeeping, chores, meal preparation and cleanup, pet care, errands and shopping, transportation, as well as coordination of medical and personal appointments. We can even help you acquire any type of medical equipment you may need.
One of our skilled RNs will work with you to develop a custom plan that suits your unique needs. Typical alternatives include: a few hours of daily or weekly respite care, custom hourly schedules, overnight care, and even 24×7 live-in care if needed.
