Jeff and Jenni Rahrig founded Carepoint, inc. in July 2009 with the vision of establishing comprehensive and flexible home care services to those seniors and adults wishing to remain independent in their home.  Jeff has been a Charlotte resident for over ten years and has extensive experience in the Technology and Human Resources fields where he has consulted and served in a corporate capacity for a prominent financial institution.  Jeff brings broad business, management, and entrepreneurial experience to Carepoint, a company chartered with providing exceptional support to our clients, a family-oriented atmosphere for our employees, and a focus on giving back to the communities in which we serve.

Heather Rahrig, RN Director of Home Care Services

Heather has over ten years of committed professional experience in the nursing and geriatric care fields.  She has served in a variety leadership of roles, including the Director of a prestigious Assisted Living Community where she was responsible for the daily operations of 50 assisted living apartments and as the Director of an Alzheimer’s Care Center where her focus was maintaining her residents’ independence and self worth.  Heather is a Registered Nurse with expertise in the assessment and primary care of people with stroke and brain tumors.  Her passion continues to center around serving adults and seniors, where she is committed to compassionate care and independent living. 

Pam DiBerardino, Staffing and Recruiting Assistant

Pam brings a wealth of experience to Carepoint, inc. in her role as the Staffing and Recruiting Assistant.  Pam has previously provided in-home care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, worked as an EMT for two years, and served as the Assistant to the Activity Director at a prominent Retirement Center.
