Homemaker and Companion Services

 

Our dependable Companions and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide our clients with the support they need to remain independent at home.  Our home care services are flexible, and include the following types of activities:

 

· Conversation, Reminisce, Play Games

· Light Housekeeping

· Meal Planning and Preparation

· Common Safety Practices

· Laundry and Ironing

· Assistance with Prescribed Exercises

 

Personal Care Services

 

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) can assist clients with Homemaker and Companion Services, while also providing  support for Personal Care Activities:

 

· Feeding

· Bathing

· Dressing

· Grooming and Toileting

· Walking / Mobility

· Medication & Appointment Reminders

· Assistance with Prescribed Exercises

 

Transportation and Chores

  

Our home care staff can also run errands on your behalf and assist with light chores.  Additionally, Carepoint can coordinate unique or special requests, such as yard work, home maintenance, or transportation...

 

 

NOTE — all Care Plans are developed by a Registered Nurse (RN) and developed in collaboration with each of our clients and their family.
