Building and enhancing our reputation as a trusted and dependable Charlotte-based home care agency requires hiring and traininig only the most qualified CNAs and Companion Aides. All of our caregivers are subject to a rigorous hiring process, including reference checks, drug screening, and background checks. Further, we screen for experience and provide extensive training to all our staff prior to any in-home assignments.
Finding the right “Fit”
Prior to providing service to a client, we conduct a free in-depth Assessment to ensure we fully understand our clients’ medical history, allergies, daily routine, medical equipment, safety concerns, and personal preferences. In addition to understanding the schedule and skills required, we recognize the importance of finding the “right” individuals for each of our clients - our goal is your 100% satisfaction with every facet of our service.
